"I would like to express my thanks for the wonderful services I received at Memorial Hospital.
The past couple of days at the Hospital have felt like I was at home with my family. I am from Columbus, Ohio and have no family near me to give me the support I needed, but your staff made me feel like I was apart of their family.
One employee even leaned down and kissed me on the forehead. I truly felt like someone really did care. This person went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible; I really did feel at home. Even though I have a number of wonderful Hospitals in Columbus, Ohio as far as I am concerned Memorial Hospital is number one!
