Physical Medicine | Memorial Hospital | Fremont Ohio
Memorial Hospital’s Physical Medicine Department has offered a full spectrum of physical, speech and occupational therapy services for nearly 40 years. Treatment plans are set up individually based on a patient’s needs, capabilities and goals. Each therapist works closely together to ensure that all aspects of their patient’s plan of care is coordinated to produce the best possible results.
In addition to our health-care services, the Physical Medicine Department offers various wellness activities for all ages, such as wellness center and pool memberships, aquatics and fitness classes, youth camps and much more.
The Memorial Hospital Physical Medicine Department is located in the Herbert-Perna Center for Physical Health on the campus of Memorial Hospital; the center opened in October, 2007. The department also has locations in Clyde, Gibsonburg and at Countryside Continuing Care in Fremont.
Extended School Year Services - The Sounds of Summer
The Memorial Hospital Physical Medicine Department provides Extended School Year Services (ESY) in Fremont and Clyde for students on Individualized Education Plans (IEP) through the "Sounds of Summer" programs.
