Curtis Birchall, M.D.

Dr. Birchall earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo in 1976; he completed his Surgical Internship in 1977 and Emergency Medicine Residency in 1980. Dr. Birchall is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has 30 years of ED experience.

Kenneth Burnham, D.O.

Dr. Burnham earned his osteopathic degree from Western University of Health Sciences in 1998; he completed Emergency Medicine Residency in 2001. Dr. Burnham is board certified in Emergency Medicine; he has nine years ED experience

Thomas Gallagher, M.D., FACEP - Medical Director

Dr. Gallagher earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in 1976; he completed Internal Medicine Residency in 1979. Dr. Gallagher is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He is also a member of the American Medical Association, Ohio State Medical Association, Lucas County Academy of Medicine and the American College of Emergency Physicians Ohio Chapter. Dr. Gallagher brings 31 years of E.D. experience to Memorial Hospital. Dr. Gallagher is an Ohio native who graduated from Sandusky High School.

Jeffery Katko, M.D.

Dr. Katko received medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine in 1992; he completed his Emergency Medicine Residency in 1995, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Katko is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners and has 15 years ED experience. Dr. Katko is an Ohio native from Elmore. 

David Wash, M.D.

Dr. Wash earned his medical degree from Wayne State University Medical School in 1999; he completed Family Medicine Residency in 2002. Dr. Wash is board certified in Family Medicine; he has nine years ED experience.

Pamela Dymond received her advanced nursing degree from The University of Toledo, College of Nursing in 2007. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Dymond is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, Sigma theta tau Honor Society of Nursing and Emergency Nurses Association. She has 3 years emergency care experience.

Jaimie Fox, M.S., P.A.- C

Jaimie Fox received medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in 2005. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the Minnesota Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Fox has 4 years emergency care experience.

Todd Hills, R.N., P.A.- C

Todd Hills received his medical degree from the University of Findlay in 2001; he is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Hills has 9 years emergency care experience.
