Tom Dewey, Jr.
Tom Dewey, Jr. is an attorney with Dewey & Dewey, Attorneys at 107 N. Main Street, Clyde, Ohio since 1970. After graduating from Clyde High School in 1963, he attended Oberlin College for his undergraduate degree and Ohio State University Law School where he earned his law degree in 1970. From 1971 to 1976 he served in the U.S. Army in Colorado, Korea, and Germany as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corp.
Mr. Dewey has been active in the Clyde Christian Church, the Fremont Country Club and Board of Trustees since the late 1970s, the Board of Trustees of Toledo District Golf Association serving as President for 2009, Clyde Exchange Club since 1996, the Clyde Public Library Board of Trustees since 1998, and the Memorial Hospital Foundation. He was a member of the Clyde-Green Springs Board of Education from 1984 to 1992.
Mr. Dewey's wife, Barbara L. Dewey, is the Director of Worker’s Comp and Health Center at the Clyde Whirlpool Division. They have three children: Marti Babb, Benjamin Dewey, and Ann Dewey.
Mr. Dewey enjoys golf, bridge, reading, participating in the church choir and being a grandfather. His birthday is January 25.
Jonathan F. Diller, M.D.
Dr. Diller is self-employed as a doctor at 2575 Hayes Avenue, Suite 4, Fremont, OH. He has also been the plant physician for Eveready Battery and managed 60 beds at St. Francis. Dr. Diller earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Case Western Reserve University graduating Cum Laude in 1971. He then graduated in 1979 from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo (University of Toledo). He completed his Family Practice Residency at Akron City Hospital.
Dr. Diller has been active at Fremont Ross and on multiple Hospital committees. He grew up in the small Ohio town of Convoy in Van Wert County. He played in the 1971 state basketball tournament at St. John’s Arena. He won 10 varsity letters in football, basketball, and baseball. While in college, he was the president of Phi Gamma Delta.
He and his wife, Karen, have three children, Andrew, Emily, and Joseph, and two grandchildren, Hannah and Jackson. Dr. Diller enjoys sports, horticulture, wildlife habitat maintenance, and fishing. His birthday is July 29th.
Thomas H. Hoffman - Vice Chairman
Mr. Hoffman is the owner of Valley Electric Company. He is a graduate of SJCC High School, Vanguard Vocational School and Terra Community College. In addition to serving as a Foundation Board Member, Tom is also involved with Little League Baseball and the Fremont Swim Program. He is a past chairman for Fremont Rotary and Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce. Tom and his wife Pegi have four children: Emalee, Alexander, Christopher, and Nicklolas. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring 100+-year-old farmhouses, restoring antique cars and trucks, and supporting his children's activities.
Jennifer G. Hohman, M.D.
Dr. Hohman received her BS at Kent State University, her M.D. at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine, and served her residency at Flower Hospital. She is employed at Family Medicine Associates located at 1479 N. River Road, Fremont, Ohio.
Dr. Hohman's birthday is October 14. She and her husband Barry have three children: Seth, Sidney, and Shane.
Mr. Knipp is greatly involved in the local community as a member of the Lindsey Trinity United Methodist Church, a State Trustee for the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, and a board member with Community Health Services. He is also on the Sandusky County Extension Advisory Committee. Daryl has previously served as president of the Sandusky County Farm Bureau, board member and chair of the Luckey Farmers Inc. Cooperative, president of the Ohio Vegetable and Potato Growers Assoc., board member of the Ohio Agricultural Marketers and Growers Assoc., and board member Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce.
Daryl graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1970 and The Ohio State University in 1974 with a B.S. in Agriculture. He is also a graduate of Leadership Sandusky County. Daryl and his Wife, Cate, have two daughters and four grandchildren.
Kenneth A. Myers - Chairman
(Ken) Mr. Myers, who earned a B.A. from Morehead State University, has worked for the City of Fremont for 32 years. His past activities include Board of Directors for Fremont Federal Credit Union, Elder at First Presbyterian Church, and Fremont Tree Commission.
Mr. Meyers and his wife Susan have two sons, Kristopher and Kyle. Ken’s hobbies include officiating at college and high school football games and playing golf. His birthday is February 6.
Mr. Newman graduated from Fremont Ross High School and graduated from Miami University in 1972 with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Two years later he earned his MBA with a specialization in Hospital and Health Services Administration from Northwestern University.
Mr. Newman's wife Susan is a retired high school English teacher. They have two children: Jennifer resides in Arkansas and Ryan lives in California. In his free time, Dennis enjoys snow and water skiing, reading, photography, bicycling, traveling, and hiking.
Ms. Reino is President of Reino Linen Service, a commercial laundry located in Gibsonburg, Ohio that specializes in processing healthcare linens for hospitals and clinics. In addition to serving on the Memorial Hospital Foundation Board, Judy is also Chairperson of the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council, and President of the Sandusky County Citizens Protecting our Resources.
She also serves on the St. Michael Finance Committee. Judy is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan as well as a graduate of Bowling Green State University,in Bowling Green, Ohio, with a Master of Arts Degree in Technical Communication and a Master of Science Degree in Training and Development.
Judy is married to Leonard, who is CEO of Reino Linen Service, and they have four children, and eight grandchildren. In her spare time, Judy enjoys gardening, reading and cooking.
Michael M. Waleryszak - Treasurer
Michael M. Waleryszak is president of Crescent Manufacturing. Since Waleryszak’s has become president at Crescent Manufacturing in 1998, the company has focused on market growth and efficiency. As a result of these directives, the company that was once struggling financially, has grown each year over the past ten years. Prior to coming to Fremont, Waleryszak was with accounting firm Arthur Young & Company. His professional experience includes auditing and taxation. Waleryszak also worked with Entrepreneurial Services Group where he consulted with start-up operations and acquisitions.
Waleryszak has been married for 38 years to Marilu; they have three children. He has been involved with the Fremont St. Joseph Auction Committee, served on the board of the Fremont Country Club, including being board president in 1998, was board member of The Carnegie Body Company in Cleveland. Waleryszak currently serves on the Revolving Loan Fund in the City of Fremont and assists with the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges.
Lisa Williams is the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs at Terra State Community College on July 1, 2012. Since January, 2009, she was the Vice President for Academic Affairs at Terra State. Prior to her position at Terra, Williams was the Associate Dean of Health Careers and Sciences for the Eastern Campus of Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio.
Williams is currently pursuing her doctorate in higher education administration from The University of Toledo. She earned both her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from the University of Akron, and her Associate of Applied Science as a Physician Assistant from Cuyahoga Community College.
